PCI IW Summer Meeting
July 29–30, 2026 | Lake Geneva, Wisconsin
This summer, PCI IW is bringing members together for two days focused on connection, industry conversation, and time with the people who make this industry move. This is a member event built for PCI IW. It is a chance to step away from the day-to-day, hear where things are headed, talk through what matters in our region, and spend time with fellow members in a setting that is relaxed, productive, and worthwhile. From the dinner reception to the membership meeting to a fun and fast golf outing, this event is designed to keep the focus where it belongs: on good people, good conversation, and the future of precast in Illinois and Wisconsin.

The Translation Problem: How to Lead Up, Down, and Still Have Energy Left Over
You live in the middle of a conversation that has been going on for decades.
Above you are leaders who built something real, learned through hard experience, and want proof before they move. Below you are talented people who think faster, work differently, and will leave if nobody listens to them.
And somewhere in the middle, you are the one translating.
The old guard speaks in precedent and risk. The new guard speaks in possibility and speed. Both bring value. But too often, neither side is really hearing the other. That leaves people in the middle carrying the friction while still trying to lead, perform, and develop their teams.
This keynote will take a hard look at what is really happening in that gap and why one of the most valuable skills in any company today is translation.
Less friction. Faster movement. Better communication across the company.
12:00 PM | Lunch
After the meeting, members will gather for lunch before heading to the course.
