Wednesday: The Concrete Chefs Dinner

We kick things off Wednesday evening at the home of Jim Voss. His property offers a resort-style setting with options to relax by the pool or the lake. This is a true industry tradition—no agendas, no slide decks, and zero sales pitches. It is an evening dedicated to good people and incredible food prepared by the "Concrete Chefs." This is the perfect environment to catch up with colleagues and meet new partners before the formal seminar begins.
Thursday Morning: "How Precast Builds" Seminar & Lunch
The Riviera Ballroom | Lake Geneva, WI
Thursday morning begins at the historic Riviera Ballroom. This technical session focuses on the practical application of precast in modern construction, covering efficiency, design flexibility, and structural performance. Architects and engineers can earn AIA/CES HSW Learning Units while enjoying the breeze off the water. We will transition directly from the seminar into a hosted lunch on-site overlooking the lake.
Thursday Afternoon: Par-3 Golf Outing
Hawk’s View Golf Club | Lake Geneva, WI
Following lunch, we head over to Hawk’s View for a round on the Barn Hollow course. This 18-hole Par-3 course is designed to be approachable for every skill level, making it a great way to continue conversations from the morning while enjoying some friendly competition on the greens.
Thursday Night: Local Hotspots & The Secret Speakeasy
Downtown Lake Geneva, WI
For those staying through the evening, we wrap up the summit in downtown Lake Geneva. We will gather at Flat Iron Tap, a local favorite known for its craft selection and casual atmosphere. To end the night with a unique twist, all attendees will receive drink tickets for the town’s hidden speakeasy. It’s the final opportunity to toast to a successful summit before heading home.
